Abstract
MSMEs need the Innovation Capability to improve their business performance. Based on previous empirical researches, this study to eksplore the role of Learning Oriontation, Information Technology (IT) Resources and Innovation Capability on Business Performance both direcly and indirecly with emphasizes the role of demography variables on business performance. This study using 215 questioner and analyzed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The major findings include Innovation Capability has a significant and positive effect on business performance, Learning Oriontation has a significant and positive effect on Innovation Capability, Information Technology (IT) Resources has a significant and positive effect on Learning Orientation, Information Technology (IT) Resources has a significant and positive effect on Innovation Capability, Different traits of Demography Variables have significant differences in Learning Orientation, IT Resources, Innovation Capability and Business Performance.
