Harga Saham terhadap Fundamental pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Transportasi Laut dan Perikanan di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of stock price on financial performance of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), total asset turnover (TATO) and earnings per share (EPS) in transportation sector companies sub-sector of marine transportation and fisheries companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange on the period of 2012–2016. The research sample was obtained by purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria, it was obtained 13 marine transportation companies and 3 fishery companies as research samples. Statistical test used are descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test and hypothesis test using inferential statistical test, namely linear regression analysis. The results of the study using the t test showed that the stock price does not have a significant partial effect on return on assets (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER), total asset turnover (TATO), but stock prices have a significant positive effect on earnings per share (EPS) and stock prices have a significant negative effect on return on equity (ROE).
