Increased productivity in a shipbuilding is needed by a shipbuilding company. This is indispensable as it sees the growing demand for a new ship building with quality and time efficient. One way to improve the production process is to add a good amount of human resources. But keep in mind in the use of human resources is not necessarily for the use in every work because it also to avoid the accumulation of labor that led to other workers do not perform its activities. The composition of the use of human resources for organic labor and subcontractor is needed. In this paper, research on the composition of the use of organic labor and subcontractor to the time more quickly and cheaper cost. The method used is the calculation of JO using microsoft excel software so that it can be calculated correctly.
