Indikator-Indikator yang Berpengaruh terhadap Kemitraan Pelaku Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) dengan Pemerintah, Swasta dan Perguruan Tinggi Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing UKM di Kabupaten Sidoarjo

Abstract

Growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is growing rapidly, so we need a good management considering the role of SMEs is crucial for the economy of Indonesia. Small Business partnership program aims to improve the ability of small businesses to be resilient and self-reliant through support for the capital as well as the training of Human Resources (HR) professionals and skilled in order to support marketing and business continuity in the future. The aim of this research was to determine the indicators that affect SMEs partnerships with governments, private sector, and universities. The method used is a qualitative method, that is by distributing questionnaires and then analyzed the level of validation and reliability as well as knowing the highest value indicators that have this level of partnership for SMEs. Resulting from the research that the indicator has the highest value of the government’s partnership with the private sector SMEs, and universities are at variable attribute rules and policies on the 12th, namely the ease of business licensing policy for SMEs with a value of 1.51, then on business management variables to attribute the 2nd, that is the training to increase knowledge about the consumer with  a value of 1.42.
