Strategi Pengembangan Produksi untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Produk Usaha Kue Tart Caenis di Kabupaten Jember
Abstract
This article aims to examine strategy of production development for improving quality product of caenis cake in Jember District. The first program is diversification of modern equipment for the production process. The program includes the diversification of cake printing equipment, replacement of production equipment manually by mechanical power or electricity and replace furnace with a gas stove. The second program is diversification of form shape cake. This program includes increase shape cake from mini cake to large cake. The third program is application of glass display case to sell cakes more hygienic. The results shows that strategy program could increased quality through changes in the form of a simple cake into a wide variety of which have a high selling price.
