Analisa Marketing Mix Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen susu Pisang di Kabupaten Banyuwangi

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze marketing mix includes of product, price, promotion, and place to consumer satistfaction banana milk in Banyuwangi District. This study was continuation from Community Service Program Academy of Accounting PGRI Jember through Science and Technology Program for Community (IbM).Samples consisted 300 respondents of banana milk consumers from children, teenagers and housewives.Sampling technique was using cluster sampling.Collecting data was using questionnaires and interviews. Analysis of data was using multiple linear regression analysis.This study concluded that the product variable had effect on customer satisfaction with the level of significance of 0.041; price variable had effect on customer satisfaction with the level of significance of 0.025;promotion variable had effect on customer satisfaction with the level of significance of 0.000;and place variable had effect on customer satisfaction.
