Malang is known as the city of producing various kinds of crafts, both traditional crafts, contemporary and modern. Product craft cute sandals and painted shoes are two prominent handicrafts. This IbM (Science and Technology for Community) that involves entrepreneurs is the cute sandals Sandal lucu and the painted shoes CORPIES. SWOT analysis have been conducted to explore the characteristics of entrepreneurs cute sandals and painting shoes. Problems experienced mostly revolves around the production and marketing performance improvement are prioritized in the following aspects: the means of production and infrastructure for exhibitions. Science and technology for the Community partnered with the UKM aiming to help solve these problems through a variety of activities and support the preparation of production facilities and marketing, among others: a means of marketing, and infrastructure shelves and counter display. Improving the performance of production and marketing for entrepreneurs craft cute sandals and shoes painting has been successfully accomplished. Preferred Means of production is significant enough to increase productivity, as well as a means of marketing. Productivity crafters cute sandals can be increased by approximately 100% . If the amount of skilled labor increased, the increase in productivity will be higher.
