Analisa Tingkat Kepuasan Mahasiswa terhadap Program Sertifikasi Dosen Melalui Kinerja Dosen Bersertifikasi pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kabupaten Jember
Abstract
This study aims analyze students satisfaction to Teaching Certification Program by certified lecturer performance at Private Universities in Jember District. This research is further associated with the Teaching Certification Program. The exogenous variable is Teaching Certification Program (X); the intervening variable is Certified Lecturer Performance (Z); and the endogenous variable is Student Satisfaction (Y). Sample consists of 209 respondents at six private universities in Jember District. The research method using a quantitative approach. This research using path analysis. The result shows that the Teaching Certification Program has significant effect on Certified Lecturer Performance; The Certified Lecturer Performance has significant effect on Student Satisfaction; and Teaching Certification Program has significant effect on Student Satisfaction.
