Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan, Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja, terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Departemen Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Probolinggo

Abstract

Background: This research examines the impact of organizational culture, training, compensation and working motivation toward performance employees of Industry and Trading Department in Probolinggo Regency. For organization in environment condition which is in fast changing mainly in technology so it must pay attention to human resource because it is influence to the development and the existence of the organization, mainly in increasing the quality it more difficult in tigher competition, if it doesn’t, pay attention to the training staff, it doesn’t pay attention to the training staff, it will be more difficult in facing the possibility to the new case in front of us, such as the continence life of organization which shows the organization more transparant whether in or out of it. To overcome the low quality of human resource problem so there will need consciousness from the leaders to give more attention to human resource role to get succeed in long term. Through training program in effort to increase human resource quality can be achieved. In the training character building shall give pay attention also in physical, spiritual, moral and skills as well. For senior employee or those to prepare in facing demand whether today of in the future time which is more difficult and uncertainty. Methods: This research conducted on employees of Industry and Trading Department in Probolinggo Regency, as they have the potentiality to step up to the highest position. Analysis technique of this hypothesis testing is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: Empirical research findings indicates that from three (3) proposed hypothesis, it is evidently that three (3) of them are significantly affected.
