Analisis Perbaikan untuk Peningkatan Kualitas Layanan Kesehatan melalui Integrasi Lean Six Sigma

Abstract

This article discusses about the improvement of the quality of health service by using lean six sigma methode, through the steps define, measure, analyze, improve and control. Lean is used to identify the type of define. The result of the research showed that waste which occurs during the service process is “waiting” and defect with sigma 3,8. So that, to get its perfection (sigma 6) it must take various remedial actions.
