Abstract

This article discusses the study of the contents of the book, entitled Leaders the Challenge authored by James M. Kouzes and Barry • Z. Posner Jossey-Bass. Issue A Wiley Company, San Francisco, CA, 2002, xxviii + 465 pages. This book discusses the five basic practices of exemplary leadership, commitment to leadership 10 and 20 leadership attributes expected by the followers. In general, this book reveals what a leader should do and its application in various countries (including the variety of the work). Substantially, this book has been able to reveal how to become future leaders. An effective leader is not a preacher, but they are a waiter.
