Analisis Pengetahuan Akuntansi dan Kepribadian Wirausaha terhadap Kinerja Manajerial pada Perusahaan Jasa
Abstract
The objective of this research is to examine the impact of accounting knowledge and enterpreneur behavior to managerial performance. This research uses service company in Malang. The managerial performan is measured using accounting knowledge and enterpreneur behavior with primary data by obtained originally from the quistionares. The purposive sampling methode is using part of population to act sample for the research. The data analisis was done by hypothetical test throught multiple regressions analysis. Result of the reseach, accounting knowledge and enterpreneur behavior haven't significant influence to managerial performance. Otherwise, the research shows that accounting knowledge and enterpreneur behavior simultaneously have significant influence to managerial performance with 95% confidence interval.
