Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically that information technology support for knowledge management influences knowledge sharing. The object of this study is commercial banks in East Java. The analysis units of this study are middle-level managers who are accustomed to using information technology and internet to communicate with other managers. The hypothesis testing a simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17. The research proves that information technology support for knowledge management influences knowledge sharing.
