AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh pengendalian lingkungan (Eco-control) terhadap Kinerja Keuangan perusahaan dan Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (CSRD) perusahaan melalui Kinerja Lingkungan perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari 27 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2008-2012 dan juga berpartisipasi dalam dalam PROPER sejak tahun 2008. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa Eco-control memilik pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Lingkungan perusahaan dan pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility perusahaan, akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Sedangkan  Kinerja Lingkungan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap CSR Perusahaan akan tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan perusahaan. Abstract This research is aiming at studying the effect of ecological control ( Eco - control ) to the company's Financial Performance and Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility Environmental Performance of the company through the company.The sample used in this study were drawn from 27 mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the year 2008 to 2012 and also participated in the PROPER since 2008 The test results showed that the Eco - control having an influence on the company's Environmental Performance and Corporate Social Responsibility corporate disclosure, but has no effect on financial performance. While the Environmental Performance has a positive effect on the Company 's Corporate Social Responsibility but does not have an influence on the financial performance of the company.
