Abstract

Every school wants a certain quality standardization in each division of its work. To uphold quality, there must be outreach from policymakers working quality standards. Lack of quality standards causes poor employee performance. While implementation through regulations is sometimes not implemented properly. This study aims to describe the culture of work quality that was developed in an awareness manner by enforcing the quality standards of schoolwork in Public Junior High School 5 Arga Makmur. The results showed that the quality culture was seen from the habits every day in providing an understanding of students in front of the class. Work culture provides support for quality culture in schools. The culture of discipline has proceeded according to the corridor. The culture of worship has become a habit of daily life. The culture of responsibility in carrying out tasks has become an awareness for teachers, staff, and students. The supporting factors for implementing quality culture have been carried out naturally and continuously. It can be concluded that all school residents optimally exhibit a culture of good quality in accordance with the mechanisms and work procedures established both in the form of decrees and in the form of positive habits of school residents.
