MODEL REKRUTMEN, SELEKSI, PELATIHAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN, PENILAIAN KINERJA, DAN KOMPENSASI KARYAWAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF MANAJEMEN SYARI’AH

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to represent the design of the recruitment process model, selection, training and development, assessment of performance and compensation of employees based on sharia perspectives on the company or organization. Using qualitative research type approaches with literature study methods and descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the model of recruitment, selection, training and development, assessment of performance and compensation that is based on sharia values, will give the ability of an Insani resource that has technical capability, and has the moral, loyalty and sense of responsibility in a company. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merepresentasikan rancang model proses rekrutmen, seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kinerja dan kompensasi karyawan berdasarkan perspektif syari’ah pada perusahaan atau organisasi. Menggunakan pendekatan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan model rekrutmen, seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kinerja dan kompensasi yang implemtasinya didasari dengan nilai-nilai syari’ah, akan memberikan oauput sumber daya insani yang memiliki kemampuan secara teknis, dan memiliki moral, loyalitas serta rasa tanggung jawab di sebuah perusahaan.
