Every human being has a decent form of life in a society like a transvestite. This research can analyze the pattern of social relations, causal factors and sexual orientation on transvestites.The type of descriptive qualitative research located in Makassar City, the determination of informants is determined by purposive sampling.The research instrument is the researcher himself as the main instrument. The types and sources of data are secondary and primary data obtained through the collection of observation data, interviews and documentation. The data are then analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions while the data validity technique uses source triangulation, time, technique, and reference material. The results showed (i) The social relations of transvestites are relationships with family, relations with neighbors, relationships with friends and members of the transvestite community (ii) Factors causing the increase of transvestites influenced by external factors (family and community) (iii) The orientation of waria includes homosexual (male) and heterosexual (female).Keywords: Social Relations, Transvestites, Sexual Orientation.
