LEMBAGA JAMINAN FIDUSIA DALAM PERJANJIAN PEMBIAYAAN KONSUMEN
Abstract
Vehicle financing agreement was made as the embodiment of the financing agreement between the company and consumer. However, motor vehicle financing agreement with this fiduciary standard contains clauses that contain rights and obligations of each party and made by one party, namely finance companies, consumers are only given an alternative choice "take it or leave it".Keywords: Agreement, Financing, FiduciaryPerjanjian pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor dibuat sebagai perwujudan kesepakatan antara perusahaan pembiayaan dengan konsumen. Namun, perjanjian pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor dengan fidusia ini berisi klausul-klausul baku yang memuat hak dan kewajiban masing-masing pihak dan dibuat oleh satu pihak yaitu perusahaan pembiayaan, konsumen hanya diberikan alternatif pilihan “take it or leave it”.
