The tradition of Nekaang Tumpeng in Temesi Village is one of the religious activity which is still exist and commited. The implementation of Nekaang Tumpeng tradition is coinciding with Galungan day, and it is abligation for the new couples who getting married before Galungan day. The tradition of Nekaang Tumpeng brings the villagers to come to the house of the person who  held the tradition and bring out banten tumpeng as the trademark.The result of the research are: (1) The implementation of Nekaang Tumpeng tradition in the Galungan day at Temesi Village, such as: the background of the impelemtation, the implementation stages such as preparation stage, implementation stage and final implementation statge. The tradition of Nekaang Tumpeng as a reminder that a new married couple after doing a tradition of Nekaang Tumpeng in the Galungan day, then twice after that, the married couple is legal as the citizens of Temesi Village. (2) The function of Nekaang Tumpeng tradition in the Galungan day in Temesi Village are social function, education function, and cultural function. (3) The religious social education values which contained in Nekaang Tumpeng tradition in Temesi Village are the togetherness value, religious value, and the esthetics value.
