Fiqh Al-Hadist tentang Hibah Ayah kepada Anak
Abstract
Hibah is a present that given by someone to other for sake Allahswt. Nowadays, parents use the term (hibah) for avoiding the cruelafter his death. They divide the property to their children afterevaluating how do it properly. The problem here is this kind ofpure hibah or other name of heritage eventhough it is done beforethe death of parent. Some hadith responded the issue, again, manyintepretations related to those hadith. Among the problem must befocused is the portion of each children related the amount ofproperty, also some of them have no portion of that. The writeralso try to analyze the interpretation of ulemas related to thosehadits
