Pengaruh Status Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua terhadap Prestasi Belajar Geografi Siswa Kelas X IIS SMA Negeri 3 Lapandewa Kabupaten Buton Selatan

Abstract

Based on the results of the study there is a positive and significant influence between parents' socio-economic status on the learning achievement of students of Class X IIS SMA 3 Lapandewa. This can be shown by t count = 4.541 41 t table = 2.01063 with a significance level of 5%. This means that there is an influence between the socio-economic status of parents on student learning outcomes. Analysis of the regression line variance coefficient value of 0.548 means that the parents' socio-economic status (X) has a significant relationship with the achievement of geography learning in class X of the IIS SMA 3 Lapandewa South Buton District. The size of the influence can be categorized as a fairly strong influence. Based on the results of the calculation of determination obtained the value of the determination of keofisien (R2) of 0.300 or 30%, where it shows that the magnitude of the influence of parents' socioeconomic status on the achievement of geography learning in class X IIS SMA Negeri 3 Lapandewa is 30% and the rest 70% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
