The complexity of the problems faced by the fishermen today will greatly affect the outcome, the income and the economy of the fishermen that are declining.  It is also felt in the group and the fishermen community in the village Kogholifano Muna District. The livelihood of the village community Kogholifano in the dominant as fishermen. The purpose of this study is 1). to find out the description of fishermen's income in the village of Kogholifano, Pasir Putih, Muna District 2) to find out the factors that influence the catch and income of fishermen in Kogholifano Village, Muna Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research respondents were 30 people taken by the proposive sampling technique. The results of the study illustrate that 1). Fishermen's income in the village of fishermen's income in Kogholifano village, Pasir Putih District, Muna Regency is in the moderate category with a rate of Rp. 1,500,000 to Rp. 3,500,000. 2). the factors that influence the income of fishermen in the village of Koghlifano, Pasir Putih Subdistrict, Muna Regency include technological variables with a cumulative respondent's response rate of 53.33% in the agreed category, capital factor with respondent's cumulative response rate of 56.66% in the agreed category, then marketing factors with response rates cumulative respondents at 57.77%, human resource factors with respondent cumulative response rate of 51.11% and experience factors with respondent response rates cumulatively by 55.83% and weather and season factors with respondents responding cumulatively at 77.77% answering agree. So thus the weather and season factors are the most dominant.
