Abstract
Abstract The development of technology that is increasingly rapidly in Indonesia at this time, make the most among Muslims, a reluctance to ask scholars, they prefer to seek knowledge in online and learning via the internet. Especially in urban areas, where most people especially Muslims, who do not have much time to ask directly on the ulama’ who are competent in their field.
