EFFECTIVENESS OF ONLINE BASED BUSINESS COMMUNICATION

Abstract

This article departs from the issue of the effectiveness of business communication based on fulfilling internet infrastructure. This study applies internet media studies whose locus of study is the use of business communication on social media. The study found that the use of the internet in business communication became an unavoidable necessity in the modern world. However, in the use of this communication there are several components that should be applied by internet users, including network development and trust emphasis. Someone who has an extensive social media network has positive potential in developing business communication. In addition, the trust factor is also a major factor for the effectiveness of business communication. This research concludes that social media networks and social trust become components that should not be ignored in conducting business communication.
