The style and character of a leader does not just appear, but is influenced by the values and culture of the community. So that each region has a different style and character of the leader. This study examines whether religious (Islamic) and cultural values (local wisdom) influence the Sundanese leadership model in West Java. The research method uses descriptive-analytical with the aim to get a comprehensive picture related to the focus of research. Based on the research results that the leadership of Sunda in West Java is influenced by the values of religion (Islam) and culture (local wisdom) of society. So that appears 3 models of leadership Sunda especially Head of Region in West Java, that is (1). The Sundanese leadership model of Nyunda. Examples of cases of this leadership model is the Regent of Purwakarta Regency. (2). The model of Sundanese leadership is Islamic (Nyantri). The example of this leadership model case is Tasikmalaya District Head (3). The Sundanese leadership model has both the Nyunda-Islami. Examples of cases of this leadership model is the Mayor of Bandung.
