PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN STUDI KASUS PADA BANK BRI CABANG BUKITTINGGI

Abstract

This research aims to know the magnitude of the influence of organizational cultureon performance of employees. With respect to the above research purposes then made the hypothesis that the "alleged culture of the Organization include innovation into account risks, giving attention to every issue, results-oriented will be oriented toachieve, in all the interests of employees, aggressive in working as well as maintaining and safeguarding the stability of the work has a positive influence, strong and significantly to the performance of the employee. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it was found that organizational culture include innovation into account risks, giving attention to every issue, oriented in results that will be achieved, oriented to all interests employees, aggressive in working as well as maintaining and safeguarding the stability of the work of influential positive, strong and significantly to the performance of the employee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehubungan dengan tujuan penelitian diatas maka dibuat hipotesa bahwa “diduga budaya organisasi meliputi inovasi memperhitungkan resiko, memberikan perhatian pada setiap masalah, berorientasi pada hasil yang akan di capai, berorientasi kepada semua kepentingan karyawan, agresif dalam berkerja serta mempertahankan dan menjaga stabilitas kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif, kuat dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi meliputi inovasi memperhitungkan resiko, memberikan perhatian pada setiap masalah, berorientasi pada hasil yang akan dicapai, berorientasi kepada semua kepentingan karyawan, agresif dalam berkerja serta mempertahankan dan menjaga stabilitas kerja berpengaruh positif, kuat dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
