LESSON STUDY SEBAGAI PROGRAM PEMBINAAN GURU DALAM MENERAPKAN KURIKULUM 2013 DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract
Abstrak: Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan program lesson study sebagai program pembinaan guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum 2013 di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah. Latar penelitian ini adalah guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang bergabung dalam Gugus Sungai Miai, Banjarmasin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembinaan guru berbasis lesson study dilaksanakan melalui dua jenis kegiatan, yaitu: sosialisasi lesson study dan praktik program lesson study. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan di SDN Surgi Mufti 4 Banjarmasin dengan menghadirkan 32 orang guru Sekolah Dasar, Instruktur Lesson Study, dan Pengurus KKG. Lesson study dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu: 1) tahapan perencanaan (plan), dilakukan satu hari sebelum kegiatan pembelajaran untuk membuat rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan menyiapkan alat peraga secara kolaboratif, 2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran (do), dilakukan oleh guru model, sementara guru-guru lain bertugas untuk mengamati aktivitas siswa saat pembelajaran berlangsung, 3) refleksi (see), dilakukan melalui kegiatan pelaporan dan berdiskusi seputar aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Pembinaan guru Sekolah Dasar berbasis lesson study ini telah berdampak baik pada kompetensi dan sikap guru. Namun, jumlah guru dalam satu kelompok lesson study masih perlu dibatasi antara 3-6 orang agar program lesson study dapat berjalan dengan efektif.Kata Kunci: lesson study, pembinaan guru, sekolah dasar, kurikulum 2013 LESSON STUDY AS A TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM IN IMPLEMENTING CURRICULUM 2013 IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLAbstract: This paper aims to explain the implementation of lesson study program as a teacher training program in applying the curriculum 2013 in Elementary School. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach with school action reseach design. The background of this research is the teachers of State Elementary School who joined in Sungai Miai Cluster, Banjarmasin. The results showed that teacher training model based lesson study is implemented through two types of activities, namely: socialization of lesson study and lesson study program practice. The socialization was done at SDN Surgi Mufti 4 Banjarmasin. The event was attended by 32 elementary school teachers, Lesson Study Instructors, and Teacher Work Group. Lesson study activities through three stages, namely: 1) planning stage was done one day before the learning activities to make the learning implementation plan and prepare the props collaboratively, 2) the implementation of learning (do) was done by the teacher model, while other teachers are on duty to observe student activities during the lesson, 3) reflection (see) was conducted through reporting activities and discuss about student activities during the learning process. The development of elementary school teachers based on lesson study has a good impact on the competence and attitude of teachers. However, the number of teachers in a lesson study group needs to be limited between 3-6 people so that the lesson study program can run effectively.Keywords: lesson study, teacher training, elementary school, curriculum 2013
