HUBUNGAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PAUD SEKECAMATAN MUARA BANGKAHULU

Abstract

The research purpuse to determine the relationship between headmaster leadership toward kindergarten teacher’s performance. The approach used correlational method. Sample were taken by using sample total. The collecting data techniques used a questionnare that are given to headmaster and  teacher. Data analize used product moment correlation. The result of this research showed the positive relation and significant relation between headmaster leadership toward kindergarten teacher’s performance, it can prove by the results of calculation of correlational “r” rhitung of 0,53 is greather than 0,361 rtabel.
