Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru dalam Mengembangkan Silabus melalui Supervisi Akademik Kolaboratif di MI se-Kecamatan Semanu

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to improve the competence of teachers in the learning and insight especially in academic competence in the form of drafting and developing a syllabus. Is the research school action (Action Research) through the steps of planning (planning), actions (acting), observation (observing) and reflection (reflecting) that carried out these forces cycle to repeat some of the cycle at least two cycles. Research involves classroom teacher at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah three MI se-Semanu district. The development of the syllabus is very important done by the teacher before you start learning or learning activities initiated in one semester so that students or parents of students to have signs in the following learning which has been meant by the teacher is included in the evaluation study and follow-up so that learning goals can be achieved. The observations showed that the teacher was found still less understand completely how to devise the syllabus because it just did a copy and paste results of downloading from the internet. Of the 12 teachers as the subject obtained three teachers who got less than 50, while 9 teachers have earned above the limit completely. This means 75% of teachers have been able to devise and develop syllabus correctly. Keywords: Increased Competence Of Pedagogy, Academic Competence, Syllabus, Collaborative Supervision   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan wawasan guru dalam pembelajaran khususnya dalam kompetensi akademik berupa menyusun dan mengembangkan silabus. Merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah (Action Research) yang melalui langkah-langkah dari perencanaan (planning), tindakan (acting), observasi (observing) dan refleksi (reflecting) yang dilakukan secara bersiklus hingga berulang beberapa siklus minimal dua siklus. Penelitian melibatkan guru kelas MI di tiga Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se-Kecamatan Semanu. Pengembangan silabus sangat penting dilakukan oleh guru sebelum memulai pembelajaran maupun mengawali kegiatan pembelajaran dalam satu semester agar siswa maupun orang tua siswa mempunyai rambu-rambu dalam mengikuti pembelajaran yang telah direncakan oleh guru termasuk dalam evaluasi pembelajaran dan tindak lanjut sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa masih ditemukan guru yang kurang mengerti sepenuhnya cara menyusun silabus karena hanya melakukan copy paste hasil mengunduh dari internet. Dari 12 guru sebagai subjek penelitian didapatkan ada 3 guru yang mendapat nilai kurang dari 50, sedangkan 9 guru telah mendapatkan nilai di atas batas tuntas. Hal ini berarti 75% guru telah mampu menyusun dan mengembangkan silabus dengan benar. Kata Kunci: Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kompetensi Akademik, Silabus, Supervisi Kolaboratif.
