Teknik Supervisi Individual: Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Mengembangkan RPP di Kota Yogyakarta
Abstract
Abstract This research aims to provide motivation to teachers of religious education in our Islamic Certification of Non PNS Junior High, High School, Vocational School in developing the implementation plan (RPP) Learning in Junior High School, High School, Vocational School of the city of Yogyakarta. As for the methods used by using the techniques of individual supervision, while 33% of the initial research which is able to develop Learning implementation plan (RPP), after coaching at cycle 1 results 83% and done 2 cycles reached 100% results. Keywords: Individual Supervision, Pedagogy, Teacher Competency PAI, RPP Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi kepada Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Binaan Sertifikasi NON PNS SMP, SMA, SMK dalam mengembangkan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) di SMP, SMA, SMK Kota Yogyakart. Adapun metode yang digunakan menggunakan teknik supervisi individual, sedangkan penelitian awal 33% yang mampu mengembangkan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) setelah dilakukan pembinaan pada siklus 1 mencapai hasil 83% dan dilakukan siklus 2 mencapai hasil 100%.
