Abstract This research aims to know the results of class X students studying Religion MAN 2 Sleman by using the Index Card method of Math on the material Unity of belief in Moral subjects. This research is a research action class. The population of this research is the students class X Religion MAN 2 Sleman as many as 33 people. The method of data collection used is a question form, observation, tests and reviews documents RPP. Question form is done to get the learning motivation of learners. Review of RPP done to know the readiness of teachers in planning instruction. Data analysis technique used is the quantitative approach. The criterion score is expressed in a scale of low, medium and high. Student learning outcomes are expressed completely if it meets the KKM value 65. The results showed through the application of methods of Index Cards Match results learn learners from pre rise cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2. Research results from cycle 1 indicates the lowest value of 45 and the highest value of 90 with an average rating of 67.9. While the percentage of satisfaction reaches 58%. The results of the research on Cycle 2 shows the lowest value and the highest value 50 95 with an average of 74.2. While the percentage of satisfaction reaches 91%. Based on the results of the research cycle 1 and cycle 2 learner experience increased value average value and also the percentage complete. Keywords: Index Card Match, The Result of Studying Tauhid Material   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X Agama MAN 2 Sleman dengan menggunakan metode Index Card Math pada materi Tauhid mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X Agama MAN 2 Sleman sebanyak 33 orang. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi, tes dan review dokumen RPP. Angket dilakukan untuk mendapatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Review RPP dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Kriteria skor dinyatakan dalam skala rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Hasil belajar siswa dinyatakan tuntas jika memenuhi KKM dengan nilai 65. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan melalui penerapan metode Index Card Match hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat dari pra siklus, siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Hasil penelitian dari siklus 1 menunjukkan nilai terendah 45 dan nilai tertinggi 90 dengan nilai rata-rata 67,9. Sedangkan Persentase tuntas mencapai 58%. Hasil penelitian pada Siklus 2 menunjukkan nilai terendah 50 dan nilai tertinggi 95 dengan rata-rata 74,2. Sedangkan persentase tuntas mencapai 91%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian siklus 1 dan siklus 2 nilai peserta didik mengalami peningkatan rata-rata nilai dan juga persentase tuntas. Kata Kunci: Index Card Match, Hasil Belajar Materi Tauhid
