Hukum Keikutsertaan Warga Dayak Ngaju Muslim dalam Pelaksanaan Upacara Tiwah (Perspektif Ulama Kota Palangka Raya).
Abstract
The presence of the Muslim Ngaju Dayak community in ritual ceremonies, namely the Tiwah Ceremony is the most significant ceremony only carried out by the Hindu Kaharingan community, but with the development of regional potential and religious diversity, Islam began to spread rapidly and became one of the largest religions in Palangka Raya, both because of awareness or marriage. This is also a phenomenon that is often found in the area of Palangka Raya; the Tiwah ceremony carried out by the Hindu Kaharingan community as a religious ceremony which is also still carried out by Muslim Dayaks. This was raised as a research topic, concerning the Law of Participation of Ngaju Muslim Dayaks in organising Tiwah Lectures (City Perspective of Palangka Raya Ulama). This study uses a phenomenological method in which this research is conducted by the circumstances and what happens and is not normal that is not manipulated by conditions and conditions and explained in the description naturally. The strategy used was semi-structural interviews, namely the researchers at the beginning of the questions prepared by the tsarater structure. Then one by one the problems is deepened to gather further information. Data writing techniques were observed and interviewed (interview). The subject of this study consisted of 4 (four) City scholars of Palangka Rayayang selected by the researcher using a purposive sampling technique, namely the researcher chooses or decides research subjects according to predetermined criteria. The results obtained from this study indicate that all research subjects do not allow Muslim Dayaks. This program is done because they cannot do anything.
