Pengaruh Pembelajaran dengan Musik Klasik Terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Peserta Didik

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of learning with the accompaniment of classical music to the problem solving ability of mathematical learners. This research is a quasi-experimental research, the population in this research is all students of class VIII SMP N 5 Terbanggi Besar Central Lampung Lesson 2016/2017, sampling technique in this study using classroom random technique with class VIII B as experimental class and class VIII D as control class. Data analysis technique using t-test. Based on the normality and homogeneity test, it is found that the test result of mathematical problem solving ability of both groups is normal and homogeneous distributed. Result of t-test calculation is obtained that t_count > t_(table )or 2,13> 2,002 which mean H1 accepted and H0 is rejected. So there is an influence of learning with classical music to the problem solving ability of mathematical learners.
