Habits of Learning as A Significant Factor in Activating Students’ Role in EFL Classroom

Abstract

Teaching and learning processes in the classroom are not merely about how the teacher decides and plays his/her roles in teaching. It also involves students’ role in creating conducive atmosphere for learning. In fact, the way students perform their roles in the classroom is closely related to their habits of learning. It indirectly builds a connection between their learning styles and the effort of achieving the goals of learning. This article analyzes and discusses students’ habits of learning at MAN kota solok by considering how the students play their roles during teaching and learning processes.
