Aceh is one of the provinces in Indonesia which has its own authority in setting up the Local Party and run the Islamic Sharia, not in spite of such a long conflict between the government of Aceh regional Center with efforts made by governments in immersing the conflict in Aceh never succeeded. The tsunami that occurred in 2004 opened the eyes between GAM and RI to end the conflict in Aceh, various efforts undertaken both sides finally materialized in the circle of peace MoU which is led by former Finnish President Martti Athisari August 16, 2006, in agreement MoU Party GAM's request enforced Aceh Special Autonomy, one of which established the Local Party and implement Islamic Sharia. With the win the 2009 election Aceh Party into a Party Ruler in Aceh is proven by winning 90% of the vote, cadres Party Aceh lead their respective regions, either as regent or mayor and councilors filled almost entirely by former Free Aceh Movement (GAM). With success in grasping by the Aceh Party Aceh people expect their lives more prosperous and turning it into like the old days where Aceh is thick with all Islam and impose Islamic law in kaffah.Methodologically, this research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Subject researchers determined by purposive sampling and snow ball sampling technique. The primary data source is the Chairman of the Aceh Party, Chairman of the Regions, cadres Party Aceh, and religious leaders joined in MUNA, recording, while books, archives, journals, documents related to the role of the Aceh Party In the application of Islamic Sharia in Aceh, is secondary data. In collecting the data, the methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis method used was qualitative descriptive non analytic statistics.
