Karena implikasi dari sertifikat mempunyai nilai keseimbangan kemaslahatan antara kepentingan kehidupan keagamaan dan kepentingan kemaslahatan umum. Ketertiban dan keteraturan dalam masyarakat akan menerapkan apabila didukung adanya suatu kesadaran akan urgensinya sebuah  hukum untuk mensertifikatkan tanah wakaf. Sertifikat tanah wakaf inilah yang  akan menjadi bukti otentik akan   sebuah perubahan kepemilikan sebuah  tanah pribadi menjadi milik umum.
