Environment will be formed when the three aspects of the mutual support to one another. The degree of similarity between the behavior of teachers as a learning model for students, largely cognitive, affective and behavioral fraction normative. This happens due to age, gender similarity and closeness of friendship or peers, all of it is a model or example that is closest to a student. Therefore, the level of similarity is much greater than from the behavior of a teacher, different ages, different genders and not a peer.
