PESANTREN DAN PENGEMBANGAN TRADISI ISLAM-KEBANGSAAN
Abstract
This article describes a discourse and a Islamic- nation cultural development in pesan Trend Ilmu Giri Yogyakarta community. The data is gained by observation, interview and documentation. The subject of this research are the Islamic scholars and the congregation. The data is analyzed using sociological and pedagogic approach. This article shows that the congregation are encouraged to see, listen, and feel something different from their culture. This is an important media to create a new mind-set to accommodate the differences in an Islamic - nation frame.
