AbstraksiStudi ini mengkaji topik kajian dan tema pembahasan yang sangat urgen, yaitu tentang perubahan sosial atau transformasi sosial (al-taghyîr al-ijtimâ’î, social change). Hal paling utama adalah tentang keniscayaan terjadinya transformasi sosial tersebut sebagai sebuah sunnatullah dalam realitas kehidupan (sunnah Allah al-kauniyyah) melalui tiga pola atau proses transformasinya. Yaitu proses pengujian atau seleksi (al-ibtilâ‘), pemilahan dan pemilihan (al-tamhîsh), serta proses peneguhan dan penganugerahan kejayaan (al-tamkîn). Pandangan tersebut dideskripsikan berdasarkan perspektif ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dan sesuai dengan interpretasi para mufassir dalam memahami ayat-ayat yang mengidentifikasi keempat term tersebut. Selain itu, studi ini ditujukan agar masyarakat Muslim dapat memahami dan mampu mewujudkan transformasi sosial yang positif-idealistik-konstruktif di tengah-tengah kehidupan mereka berdasarkan kepada sumber ajaran Islam yang paling fundamental, yaitu ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an Al-Karim dari karya-karya tafsir yang menjelaskannya secara lebih rinci dan luas.AbstractThis study examines the topic of study and the theme of a very urgent discussion, which is about social change or social transformation (al-taghyîr al-ijtimâ'î). The most important thing is the inevitability of such social transformation as a ways of Allah in the reality of life (sunnah Allah al-kauniyyah) through three patterns or process of transformation. That is the process of testing or selection (al-ibtilâ '), sorting and election (al-tamhîsh), and as well as the process of affirming and granting glory (al-tamkîn). The view is described from the perspective of the verses of the Qur'an and in accordance with the interpretations of the exegetes in understanding the verses that identify the four terms. In addition, this study is aimed at enabling Muslim societies to understand and be able to realize a idealistic constructive social transformation in the midst of their lives based on the most fundamental source of Islamic teachings, the Qur'anic works of exegesis that explain it in more detail and broad.Keyword: social change, ways of Allah, al-taghyîr, al-ibtilâ‘, al-tamhîsh, al-tamkîn.
