Identifikasi Faktor Internal Yang Mempengaruhi Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa IKIP PGRI Jember

Abstract

  This study aims to determine the internal factors that affect the motivation of learning in the student IKIP PGRI Jember. The sample in this research is student of IKIP PGRI Jember year lesson 2016/2017 as many as 92 students. Data were obtained through questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The research method used is quantitative analysis, ie multiple linear regression. Based on the result of t-test conducted by the researcher, the research result showed that there is influence of student's health on learning motivation, there is influence of student's intelligence to learning motivation, there is influence of student's interest to learning motivation, and there is no influence of student's fatigue on learning motivation. Based on F test, it is concluded that health, intelligence, interest and fatigue simultaneously have a significant effect on the improvement of learning motivation. Based on the conclusion, it is suggested to the next researcher to do research for improvement of learning motivation by paying attention to the variables that influence the learning motivation of adjusting journal material on the students in accordance with the findings of this research
