Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance and company size on corporate financial performance. Variable used is Good corporate governance and company size as the independent variable and company financial performance as the dependent variable. This research was conducted at a banking company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2010-2014. The data used are secondary data obtained from the annual report through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) website. Data analysis technique used is t test, to test the influence of each independent variable to the dependent variable partially, and use ANOVA test to test the influence of all independent variables to the dependent variable simultaneously. From the results of the research indicate that good corporate governance and firm size influence partially and simulant to company financial performance.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance; Corporate Financial Performance; Firm Size Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh good corporate governance dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Good corporate governance dan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel independen dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2010-2014. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan melalui website Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t, untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial, serta menggunakan uji ANOVA untuk menguji pengaruh seluruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara simultan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa good corporate governance dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Good Corporate Governance; Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan; Ukuran Perusahaan
