Perilaku  seks merupakan suatu naluriah yang melekat pada manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini bermaksud mengungkap bagaimana bahwa layanan  informasi menjadi jembatan bagaimana Islam memberikan  nilai aturan yang sangat diperlukan agar manusia dapat bertindak sesuai dengan norma, baik norma masyarakat maupun norma agama (Islam). Melalui  pendekatan layanan informasi ini dapat menjadi masukan agar manusia menggunakan potensinya sebagai makhluk bio-psiko-sosio-spiritual.  Artinya pemenuhan kebutuhan seks tetap berpedoman pada pemenuhan potensinya.  Melalui analisa kasus-kasus yang terjadi memberikan gambaran bahwa Konstruk seksualitas  berakar pada ideologi kultur yang ditegakkan berdasar pada kerangka normatif  yang dominan. Sehingga menganggap  seksualitas merupakan kontruksi sosial atas konsep tentang nilai, orientasi,  dan perilaku  yang berkaitan dengan seks. Selain merujuk pada identitas pribadi dan sosial manusia.
