Research on Measures Detention In Criminal Case Management Process Associated with Protection of Human Rights aims to know and understand about the process of detention , according to Law No. 8 of 1981 on the draft Criminal Procedure Code, to know and understand the proper way to search for in the act of detention that does not conflict with Human Rights . The research was conducted in the district of Gorontalo to the retrieval of data in Gorontalo Police. The speakers terdri of existing staff investigator in Gorontalo Police, advocates, lawyers, and the public. While respondents are determined through the porposif each three (3 ) persons in each speaker. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis of the law . This research is a descriptive study and when seen from a normative purpose including legal research. Research sites in Gorontalo Police. Type of data used is the data sekunder. Teknik data collection is through the study of documents used in the form of books, laws, and archives. Techniques of data analysis is qualitative analysis techniques with interactive models.
