ANALISIS TERHADAP ALASAN YURIDIS HAKIM DALAM MENGABULKAN GUGATAN PENGGUGAT DI PENGADILAN AGAMA BUKITTINGGI
Abstract
The number of divorce increased more and more divorce happened, especially for Bukittinggi city in 2011 there are 377cases stated in the religion court. The problem is how the procedure and the phases of divorce in the religion court Bukittinggi, and how consideration of the judge can accept what the divorcer request in the case of divorce in 2010 and in 2011. This research is aimed at knowing and describing the procedure of divorce in the religion court Bukittinggi, and to analyze the judge consideration to decide the cases of divorce. The procedures of overcoming the cases of divorce in the religion court Bukittinggi, that are involving such as the phase of registration cases, assembly cases, and its decision. Mean while, the judge consideration in accepting the claiming divorcer is divorcer and divorcee can not be united, have lived separately from the house, it has concubine, can’t get the needs of their lives and often get bad attitude in the household
