PENERAPAN IT PADA PROSES SELEKSI SDM PENDIDIKAN PERGURUAN TINGGI

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss how IT-based selection approach that can be used to reduce or eliminate the effects of nepotism and primordial influence on the prospects for the removal of the right to work properly. The selection process can be developed with attention to important  selection devices used include: written tests, interviews, and work simulation tests. Accurate selection results using methods such as: using SIM education in the process of recruitment, examination tools used in the selection must be reliable, the interviewer must understand the signs interview, and make manual interviews to homogenize the same question to the applicants by utilizing information systems IT-based management. Keywords: IT-based management, human resource selection
