Abstract
Information and communication technologies continue to evolve with the development of human thinking as a social creature. Therefore necessary clarity and make the process of how to file a proof of evidence in the form of digital data. The process of proving the evidence in the form of digital data is also related to the validation aspect of digital data that is used as evidence. Concluded that the enactment of Law No.. 11 of 2008 on Information and Information Technology, the increasing legislation that protects the application and the use of digital evidence in court proceedings.
