ANALISIS KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KUALITAS LAYANAN KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA (KUA) DI KOTA BUKITTINGGI

Abstract

This study aims to: first, to identify the level of people’s satisfaction with the quality of service of Religious Affairs Office (KUA) in the city of Bukittinggi, second, to identify the factors that influence people’s satisfaction with services of Religious Affairs Office (KUA) in the city of Bukittinggi, third, identify measures -efforts should be made of Religious Affairs Office (KUA) in Bukittinggi town to raise people’s satisfaction in order to realize the internalization of religious values to strengthen the concept of nationalism. This research is quantitative explanatory. The study population was all the people who are and have been getting the services of a third KUA above. Determination of the sample was conducted by sampling Convinience. Community satisfaction in KUA Bukittiggi still not been achieved. New level of community satisfaction ranged from 74-79%, and is the most dominant dimensions of responsiveness.
