Abstract

Field practice program is expected to create output majors tarbiyah STAIN Bukittinggi be professional teachers in their respective fields. But all this leaves the implementation issues that allegedly impede the achievement of objectives. Study with a qualitative approach using management frameworks aimed at the discovery and description of the implementation of the PPL model of good practice. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the PPL has not maximized if viewed from the planning, organization, control and evaluation system. Therefore offered a model of good management of the implementation of the PPL PPL forward with hope to achieve the desired objectives effectively and efficiently.
