Abstract
Language is a unique trait, which differentiates humanbeing from other creatures. Language ability is a humannature whereas other creatures share their communicationsystem. A study on chimpanzee proves that language onlyworks on human. The study depicts that language is a oneof the most primary characteristics of human nature.Chomsky calls it as language acquisition tool. Philosophicaland scientific speculation on the function of language inman was frequent throughout history, dating back to theage of Plato and Aristotle. Yet those speculations have beenapproached more often by scientists than philosophers.Many theories propose that the gains to be had fromlanguage and/or reason were probably mainly in the areaof increasingly sophisticated social structures
