PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA MADRASAH, KINERJA GURU DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI MADRASAH ALIYAHSE-KECAMATAN DUKUHSETI KABUPATEN PATI
Abstract
This research aims to answer: (1) how large is the influence of principal managerial skills to the education quality in all of Islamic Senior High School in sub-district Dukuhseti Pati? (2) how large is the influence of the teacher's performance to the education quality in all of Islamic Senior High School in sub-district Dukuhseti Pati? (3) how large is the influence of students’ learning achievements to the education quality in all of Islamic Senior High School in sub-district Dukuhseti Pati? (4) how big is the influence of the principal managerial skills, teacher performance and student learning achievement in increasing the quality of education in all of Islamic Senior High School in sub-district Dukuhseti Pati? The method used in this research is the type of descriptive study with a correlative approach implemented in all of Islamic Senior High School in sub-district Dukuhseti Pati. The data collection techniques used questionnaire and documentation. The number of research sample consisted of 111 teachers and 111 students in all of Islamic Senior High School in sub-district Dukuhseti Pati. The technique of data analysis used regression and doubles correlation with 3 predictors. The results of this research are presented as follows: (1) there is the influence of the principal managerial skills against the education quality. The relationship power is rx1y = 0.722 with p = 0.000 revealed significant, and the magnitude of the influence is 52.1% with Freg = 118.383 (2) there is no influence of the teacher's performance with the quality of education. The strength of the relation is rx2y = 0.014 with p = 0.000 declared not significant, so it can't continue the regression. (3) there is the influence of the students’ learning achievements with education quality. The relationship power is rx3y = 0.359 with p = 0.000 revealed significant, and the magnitude of the influence is 12.9% with F reg = 16.075. (4) there is a simultaneous influence between principal managerial, teacher performance and students’ learning achievement in increasing the quality of education. The relationship power is rx1x2x3y = 0.725 with p = 0.000 revealed significant and the magnitude of the influence is 52.5%. The significance of the relationship model is expressed in the value of F reg = 39.429 with p = 0.000 meaning Ho denied.
